1.) All GCM customers can renew their plans to seek more contacts.

2.) All the unutilized credit of contacts will get exhausted at the end of the one year period.

3.) The payments made by any GCM customer to GCM by way of registration / membership / renewal fee is non-refundable.

4.) Payment once made for GCM services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other services or packages provided.

5.) GCM customers cannot put their profile on hold temporarily during the validity period, for any reason whatsoever. Based on the tenure GCM services will expire at the end of the said period without any prior intimation to the customer.

6.) GCM will not collect any money for information on marriage settlement through it’s database or through external sources.

7.) All GCM membership plans and features linked to it are subject to change without any prior notice.


8.) GCM has the right to suspend / delete any profile during the valid period for any violation of terms as specified in the registration page.
